Matthew Quarendon, Jack Sprat co-founder and Director.

Matthew Quarendon

Director

Matthew is a co-founder of Jack Sprat, Jack Sprat People and Mix Smiths. Matthew look after clients and handle operations that makes the business tick.

Having worked in the events and catering sector in and around London since 1998 he has been lucky to be involved in some very significant and landmark events during that time.  These have been enriching, fulfilling and occasionally exhausting! Examples include major opening events of The Channel Tunnel, Bluewater, and St Pancras Station; 25 years of both Farnborough and Paris Air shows; major sports events, Royal banquets, palace events and some not so small UHNWIs’ private functions.

Seán Griffin

Director

Seán is the other co-founder of Jack Sprat, Jack Sprat People and Mix Smiths. Seán looks after the financial side of the business as well as most of the paperwork!

With a background in law Seán leads on the contractual and compliance aspects of big events. Throughout his career in the hospitality industry Seán has been involved with Premier League football VIP hospitality, the Royal Wedding (Kate & Will of course), Formula 1 and a few other small events like London 2012 Olympics and state functions at Buckingham Palace.

Janice is a hugely experienced event production and project management specialist with a strong background in catering and VIP hospitality.

Over the course of world spanning career, Janice has delivered high-impact events across multiple sectors including sport, lifestyle, fine art, and private luxury experiences.

Janice excels in the creative vision which ensures that premium guest experiences, and leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
